Some of the GIFs I had created for the Network and that have been posted on their Twitter account and all over social media.
I collected them and incorporated them into the IDent.

 

While freelancing at POP TV, My Creative Director tasked me, along with the other in house motion designers, to create a special summer IDent.
I had been working on GIFs of the netowork’s TV shows - Schitt’s Creek, Florida Girls, Big Brother - up until that point. I decided to design my IDent
around those GIFs, to emphasize the success the network’s shows were having on social media. Having thousands of retweets on twitter and thousands of downloads on Giphy.

While highlighting the GIFs, in a gridlike structure, I wanted to expand on the network’s branding, and incorporate it into the IDent.
The Network’s logo design center’s on it’s various “flag” Shapes that encase the POP logo. The flags are everywhere to be seen in
the network’s branding systems - from animated TV intros, to newsletters, to company merchandise.
I knew I had to expand on its design, to give the IDent a real “POP TV” trademark feel.
